Requirements, conditions and additions
- Requirements: A driver’s license issued at the driver’s country of residence or an international driver’s license; a credit card and minimum age of 25 years.
- Mandataory insurance : Rates do not include any insurance.
- Reception and return in different cities: You can do both in any city within Chile, additional charges apply.
- Border crossing: Just into Argentina with prior payment of a mandatory insurance waiver.
- Guarantee: Renters have to leave a signed credit card voucher.
- On return: Vehicles should be clean, and in good condition.

| Note: Before the rental the client should let Holiday Rent know of the first day they intend to cross the border to Argentina, so that the policy can be adequately dated. The client is free to enter and exit the country as many times as he wishes within the defined timeframe. In case of the insurance for 180 days, the client would have to cross the border to Chile at least once after a maximum of 90 days for visa related reasons. After that the client is free to return to Argentina for yet another 90 days until the expiration of the insurance. Coverage: The vehicle insurance covers damages to the camper up to total loss. The liability insurance covers material damages to third parties up to 20.000 US Dollars and personal damages to third parties up to 40.000 US Dollars. Attention: Before crossing the border to Argentina, we highly recommend the rental of snow chains. (see accessories list) |
