Copiapo is a beautiful town in northern Chile.  A short drive 

will bring you to some of the nicest beaches in Chile.  Another 

great place to visit is the flowering desert.  A phenomenon 

that occurs only some years, but it is one of the most 

wonderful spectacle mother nature can provide.
