Adventure in Chile's Magic Virgin Forest!

Sea kayaking through crystalline fjords, trekking on forested slopes, relaxing in hot springs by

the sea.  Also experience the serene beauty of 3,000 year old cathedral forests of Alerce,

waterfalls and natural pools sculpted by indigenous peoples.  Special thanks to Mr. Tompkins

Pucón - Mecca of the Great Outdoors, "El Cañi Sanctuary"
Pucón, in the south of Chile, is a recreational paradise.  Climb Volcano Villarrica, go white water

rafting or kayaking on great Class III and IV rivers, horseback ride through mountains, swim in

cool volcanic lakes, relax in natural hot springs and hike through spectacular ancient forests.

Take a day trip or camp overnight at the El Cañi Sanctuary, Chile's first natural reserve and

home of 2,000 year old Araucaria trees, is an eco-tourism and education project of Foundation

Lahuén here in Pucón.

Pucón wants to and must save the mouth of the Trancura River!  The nature that surrounds Pucón is suffering due to the impacts of tourism and commercialism.
