Itinerary:
We leave from Puerto
Varas towards the Andes. On the way, the visitor is stunned
by the beautiful countryside, the views of the Llanquihue
Lake, and the first glimpses of the volcanoes. At Villa
La Ensenada, we take the road to the Vicente Perez Rosales
National Park, the oldest and one of the largest of the
country.. Flanked by the Santo Domingo sierra and the
near-perfect Osorno volcano, we reach the Petrohue river
falls. Free time to visit the area, where turbulent turquoise
waters have carved the basaltic rocks for thousands of
years. Later, we continue on to the source of this beautiful
water: the Todos los Santos lake also called the Emerald
lake. Drive back to Villa La Ensenada, for lunch. After
the meal, we start driving up the volcano. At 3,000 feet,
we reach La Burbuja crater, where an amazing view of the
whole valley is available; the Calbuco volcano, the Tronador
mountain (the highest of the area), the winding path of
the Petrohue river, etc. We continues to the la Burbuja
shelter if weather allow us to do it, free time.
Return to the hotel.
